Pine Ridge

- Non-Gated
- Near Shops/Restaurants
Pine Ridge is a non-gated community, centrally located within Naples. Pine Ridge runs parallel to Goodlette Frank Road and Hwy 41 and is positioned between Vanderbilt Beach Road and Pine Ridge Road. For all the traffic that passes along these corridors each day, this community is largely obscured from view thanks to the preserves and dense swaths of mature pine and palmetto which grace the area.
Homeowners here not only enjoy privacy, but also plenty of space. Atypical from most communities, the average lot size in Pine Ridge is more than an acre. This provides lots of possibilities in the additions of gazebos, work sheds or, in the case of some Pine Ridge residents, stables and barns. Pine Ridge is especially popular with Naples’ equestrian community.
Home buyers will find excellent options in re-sales of single family homes within Pine Ridge. Prices and floor plans of homes are varied; very different from conventional, gated-communities where specific design trends are embraced within the architecture.
